Actually nothing. You can't progress story line, unless you speak to Aitor again. Your character will automatically reconsider his choice and agree to find Lazarus.
Note:
Hacon actually will be surprised with your choice next time you talk to him. But as far as I know that all.

Had an idea :
They could add btz mode, story/lore wise it takes place however long after the main story. Aiden randomly at night becomes his beast mode and is wreaking havok, but because it happens at night no one really sees him,and it's not happening every night, could even make it happen in a specific part of the city, (where humans don't go) it's his hunting grounds, his territory.
Introduce a new chapter agent with bounties, bounties are accepted before the mode begins, bounties depend what side your on, the hunter, or the hunted. These hunters are a clandestine group, so they aren't telling the population what they are up too,so people don't know it's Aiden. Could even be an opportunity for two things : tie in The Beast, it's the guys that are hunting Crane, and it could introduce enemy npc's with guns. These armed npc's show up in the main game daytime and attack human Aiden on sight because they know what he's doing at night.

Has anyone experienced starting a new game + to get 5 missing inhibitors (121/126) because they sided with the PK's on that save, siding with the Survivors instead, choosing Sophie instead of Aitor, then doing the Revolution quest, and the GRE crate there not having inhibitors?

Your not locked out of inhibitors no matter your quest choices... As far as I remember.

im at the part of the game where I need to find a healer for aitor. But I got a problem. and its because Aiden doesn't speak out for what happened in villedor. why doesn't he tell the peacekeepers what happened and tell them that the bazarrians or what ever only attacked because the peacekeepers didn't help the survivors when they needed them the most. not to mention that lucas was only killed by hackon only because waltz and the renegades threated to attack him if he didn't do what they wanted him to do

why can't these characters in survival games just try to use word of mouth every now and then. these problems can easily be sorted out by talking.

and maybe the peacekeepers and the survivors can still live in villedor peacefully working together to fight off the infected

Front door of Saint Paul.s cathedral? There are 2 GRE side entrances and one window entrance but there isn't a front door at least I've never entered it that way. Also there is a winch from Kurt's hideout

I definitely didn't get that on this specific save because it's Survivors-related, and I sided fully with PK's on this save. So the inhibitors were supposed to be there on NG+, but they were not. It had only that pouch with dust, so I seem to be screwed as for being able to get all 126 inhibitors on this save.

i suggest you reinstall the game, happend to me on arkham knight when i was starting dlc or taking an exact trophy

Same here, on hard, it seems to be designed so your one level lower than recommended if you only do story quests.

Which made it a decent challenge

And you come across enough inhibitors to be able to unlock any skill perk, through natural progression, without going out of your way too much to get them.
