So I was playing tower raid, I had gotten an smg, I dropped one of them because I didn't want 2 of them, it said something like "you're about to drop a special weapon, are you sure?" I dropped it anyway not thinking much of it since it was a loadout system, when I got to my stash I had saw that my blazing fury smg(the twitch drop one) was taken out of my stash, I contacted support, they said to rollback the save, but when I did that the game had a brain fart and thinks that I also don't have the hazmat dlc anymore, but the thing is that I never saved that file, I made sure to have a back up in case the rollback didn't work which it didn't, but even going back on my main save, it took the hazmat smg and the blazing fury smg, it says "you don't own this dlc" even though I've re downloaded many times, am I cooked?

Do I just have to accept the fact that I can't use either of those guns anymore?

@bold wing you can't rely much on guns in dl2 cause you'll suffer from ammo economy real hard unlike in dl1 where you just buy them from any merchant with gold. Ammos are expensive to purchase with new currencies introduced in the game. They can be looted in game though.

They're powerful nonetheless, I say use it only for tough fights or if you're swimming with bullets
