sell all the gear and valuables, and make sure you're killing volatiles

I was poor, then I started doing hollows and GRE facilities, and now I don't bother paying attention to money

not even farming them, just doing them

the bottleneck once you start just clearing things will become rare infected trophies

uniques aren't bad, cause every time you get a volatile you get one, but rare trophies only drop for sure on the medium baddies and they seem much less common, and they drop somewhat regularly on virals but you need to kill a lot of them for that, and you need way, way more rares for upgrades than uniques

I have a eating disorder which is a very very bad habit. I use to eat my feelings like a fat pig but im tryna cut down, instead of chugging 5 Monster energy drinks a day with 3 Double wraps of Chicken tenders as all day food.

I drink G-Fuel for my workout energy and general energy along with Toast and eggs in the morning. NO LUNCH and Dinner being either a nice homecooked meal, Noodles or 2 Sweet chili chicken Tender Wraps with vegetables

I've been looking into trying to play Breach effectively in Tower Raid by orienting my playstyle towards parkour damage but it's been difficult for me personally due to the lack of open verticality/dense viral hordes in Tower
Any particular way I should remedy my playstyle towards utilizing parkour more effectively
So far, I've been utilizing nearby vaults, dropkicks, slide stomps, grappling hook vaults, zombie vaults, and dash + charging
These are difficult asf to pull off for me though when I'm being actively swarmed by virals and usually leads to me just swinging instead
