Sunken airdrops have the same loot tables as the new game + chest encounter I believe. high tier loot such as artifact/exotic weapons and artifact leveled gear. You can also get valuables/explosives out of it but I haven't encountered them as often as the other loot.

Only other way is from legendary renegade events or grinding gre abberations for the chests I think
