U.v light stops the Infection so a lot of people have the bio monitors to track their infection level. (Most people have uv light fixtures or access to the antizen boosters)
Gre put up the wall in villedor before Infection went global

I really don't mean to sound like a Karen, but I honestly believe I earned more than 25 tokens per leveling up. 25 Tokens sounds good if you just starting out anywhere between Pilgrim Level 1 to 10, but if you are 25+ or higher, you should be able to earn more tokens and depending on how well you are during weekly bounties.

You can't give someone guns. Also the Heavy Tribal Axe is a glitched weapon, and talking about glitched weapons is not allowed here. But to answer your question, you're not able to give him the axe because it won't let him pick it up.
