Can I always dismantle a mod after applying it to a weapon, or are there exceptions?
I found some (supposedly outdated) info on the internet claiming it's not possible, but when I tested it on shitty weapons, I could dismantle mods and apply new ones. I guess there was an update that added this feature.
But are there cases (like applying a mod to an extreme weapon or something like this) where dismantling is restricted?
