The outfit is just cosmetic only, buying the individual pieces actually gives you the armor with stats

It doesn't freeze them completely but it fucks them up & staggers them pretty heavily

Just don't kill the screamers

I have it too, it maybe got like 2 or 3 charges where u can decrease the timer by killing stuff. Idk if its true tho. Its just a theory
