There is a crossbow in the pilgrim outpost but idk if that gives you all the blueprints or not

Red items like exotics? You need to progress through the game and get lucky. Or max your lvl and unlock legend lvls. By then you will be able to get exotics easily. They still rare though

Exotics can be earned through difficult challenges like GRE Aberrations, Survivor Missions (maybe Elite?) But also Legend chests

I personally get too many exotics so I end up scrapping them sometimes

A tool that you have tracks nearby inhibitors within a maximum distance of 50m.. so if you’re that close to one.. that tool will make a beeping sound hinting that there’s an inhibitor nearby for you to collect and you’ll easily find some since there are like 128 of them
