In tactical, the stamina drains slightly faster but instantly all of it recovered in a couple of seconds
Also, while r3 sprinting, it's drained to a limit and not all of it
And when you run out of stamina, you can't to anything until it's recovered to full unlike normal. Also the stamina bar color is gray when out of it. (Better than that blue that makes it look like ass)
