I wouldn’t say better but that’s just my opinion lol. I just don’t like the way the guns feel. In dying light 1 the guns felt like guns. If you shot a zombie in the head, it was an insta kill. Now DL2 has taken a turn for the worse imo when it came to RPG elements. There shouldn’t be health bars in the traditional sense and guns actually need to feel like guns and not being forced to shoot something 30 times

Yeah, when done right, choices can be a great mechanic, like in Baldur's Gate 3, but I guess it's a lot to juggle, so they're sticking to the more linear storytelling
