any level in areas that have lvl suggestions lower or equal to yours. If u are just starting u'll see that Houndfield region of Old Villedor has lvl4 mark meaning that there are enemies lvl 4. So stick with virals farming near Trinity metro station at night or at day by harassing any howler (don't kill it) in Trinity region.

unless you going to get all the inhibitors, you could do everthing else without ng+

No I get that, I mean if u unlock the towers you see most inhivitors on the map. I got all of those and still lack 1, can I see which inhibitors would NOT show if you unlock all the radio towers?

I guess u are looking for 1 of 126 1at playtrough inhibitors and not one of that additional 30 NG+ inhibitors. Right?

Anyways use https://mapgenie.io/dying-light-2/maps/villedor and click on HIDE ALL then sellect from the list INHIBITORS. They will show on the map so check all the locations with a single inhibitor Since u are missing only one. There wont be many locations with single inhibitor

Also Check on ure game map if u cleared all GRE quarantines. GRE facilities are cleared if all gre crates are looted meaning inhibitors collected
