Teleport to Hunter's camp Shen Xiu or to Garrison metro. then from there i'd go to electric substation and try to reach control room from out side. control room is facing VNC tower

That inhibitor isn't quest reward but its in the GRE crate in the room where Theodor was locked. Once u pick up any inhibitor it wont spawn again instead U'll get sack of crystal dust or as reward for "The First Biomarker" side quest u'll get crystal instead of inhibitor.
There is no way to farm inhibitors. If U want to max Aiden's HP and Stamina to 700 only way to do that is to pick up all 126 1st Playtrough inhibitors and 30 NG+ inibitors. No other way

it doesn't coz they don't have stamina bar. Stamina dmg works on biters, virals, howlers and spitters. Basically if u can pull infected with grappling hook then that infected can suffer stamina dmg.

Slide parkour shots are uber fun especially with Hunter's and Hakon XBows. Hakon XBow coz it is full automatic. BTW while slideing u become immune on most of the dmg.

Bro, I just had a quest glitch out on me.
It was the Satellite Dream quest, and it was "Climb to improve signal." I had already hit the tower switch and I thought, "Huh... nothing's happening. Must want me to climb higher."
So I did... without any luck, and then out of sheer DUMB LUCK, I decided to paraglide fly again and boost towards another quests location and it teleports me back and gives me the cutscene that ENDS the quest.

i prefer to fight them. parrying their attacks and follow it up with a vault kick
throwing knife are good for that extra dmg and since you maxed them out, it has a high hit reaction, making enemies stuned for few seconds

Entrance at the Trinity metro -Night farm, Makeshift plank bridge at Culvert island -Night farm ... By far best one is baba's chapel front gate at St Paul Island. U can farm trophies there by day and night. For daily farm just don't kill howler in front of the gate, hop on the wall and let him call his viral buddies. most of them will start crawling from chapel basement openings and start dying coz its the safe zone.
I also use Baba's place -"Chapel of Resurrection" as Tyrants lvl5 Chase trap

Yes for infected I'm using brawler set too,but for the tyrants I'm using the tank one.

Yes, I understand. It’s mainly solo but still it’s a multiplayer game. It’s a single player multiplayer game. You can literally have someone in your game and beat the main story with them.

Free game to be a single player MMO you have to have zero multiplayer for example like Black Myth Wukong there is no multiplayer. You have to do everything yourself.
