Yeah, Crossbow + Blueprints are only available on the save they were unlocked on. But you can do a New Game+ on your Main Save and do a PK Facilities run to permanently unlock them on that save

I just started a new non-NG+ game on nightmare mode. I just took my first inhibitor after Markers of Plague. When I increased my stamina in a previous save, it would also increase my health a little, but it didn't this time. Does anyone know if that's because of nightmare mode or if the first few inhibitors don't increase health a little if stamina is chosen? I need to know whether to apply future Inhibitors to health in the future for the 180 HP needed to dropkick.
