The only thing I had trouble with were small and medium infected trophies but I found a way to get them pretty easily

There’s one abberation spot that always spawns two goons so I just kill them , the abberation and did it over and over and got hundreds

Small trophies , just start a chase and kill everything (if you have decent weapons that is )

Actually , find a volatile nest in a dark hollow . You’ll have to deal with a few volatiles at first but then it’s non stop virals

If u don't have booster blueprints that u can upgrade then u can buy boosters from from vendors and Baba although those aren't max lvl most of the time. Also u can get max lvl HP regen booster + toughness (suffered dmg decrease) booster from pilgrims chests (GRE aberrations and survivor missions)
