U need to equip the gear items Tolga and Fatin gave u. then u need too kill those 3 elemental goons. for each killed the anomaly will show up. u need to go and touch that anomaly that is source of the alarm noise. U can hear that nose only if gear items are equipped. selecting any other anomaly will result in Mission Failed

it means that you deal more dmg to the stam bar of enemies, if you aren't playing on nightmare or don't have the hud on immersive then it's a white bar below enemies health
