yep. weapons from arena fights have totally different dmg output and dmg numbers don't mean anything and those aren't supposed to be used out of arenas. But exploiting glitches players managed to get them out of arenas

Yeah purple rarity stuff is hard to find, best spots are unironically the forsaken stores, weekly bandit crates you get from the missions part in the menu, as those give a random amount of stuff but usually infected trophies and parts and the tower raid was the easiest place to get em ngl. However now that its gone like I said, your best bests are the stores and just pray to god you open a locker or metal cupboard and find one
From my experience the metal cupboards drop em more but even then its a gamble

easiest way to stack up Military medkits (in first playtrough) is to revisit VNC Tower and use elevator to get to the basement from there go to the room where u fixed the fuses in the Broadcast mission. In that room u'll find 6 medkits in the boxes on the walls. Resource for boosters just buy them from Baba. In later game u'll get lotsa of Military medkist from Pilgrims chests

Well it does but not story, just locations in the world and main quests, but I do recommend giving both factions a go in different playthroughs

I don’t think so. I’m pretty sure those weapons have an extra line of code that prevents that. It should just say something like “This weapon is owned by another player” if they try to pick it up
