Gameplay wise:

Survivors if you prefer parkour

Peacekeepers if you prefer combat

thats just about it honestly

and peacekeepers sell more weapons and gear while survivors sell more resources

If you choose survivors, some quests will be different than if you choose peacekeepers, it will also affect the endings
