I take my time on each floor since I do farm exotic weapons from there. Which is enough time for that modifier to start effecting me. But once it does I'm usually nearly done with the level, idk if after each damage you take it increases the next amount. But I never had too much issue with it so far.

Absolutely, used to farm GRE Quarantine zones for them, but Hope Plaza is much better. Not only do you get three garunteed Military health kits at the end of each level, but once you reach the top, there is a total of 10 to take.

Chases are good too

Pop a XP booster and get chased through the night.

But other than that idk

Molotov, Explosives, flares and Decoys were great.

Decoys only distract Biters, so you can easily deal with the Virals who aggro on you when you're close enough.

The Spitters, place a mine where they spawn.

The Goon, shotgun or good ol' fashion hit and run until its dead.

You don't really need mines, but since I can't resist collecting fully leveled up throwables and consumables, I prefer to use them before they fill up my storage.

I already have to deal with my weapon storage being full, dismantled a lot of Gold tier and below weapons to fit my exotics and legendaries.

There's also an Assault Rifle and Shotgun in the locker next to Pistol and SMG in the security room behind the desk in spawn room. They are common tier though.

The "climbing floors" floor will be just a floor, you'll load in by going out of an elevator, climb up, and into another elevator to another floor
