Example: 1 Picture: there will be more Renegades in the city and their posters everywhere, also there will be more corpses lying around. And for example zombies will be on the street a lot (Because the Renegades will do something with buildings (Bases or something like that) and so the zombies will go on the street).
2 picture: Peacekeepers everywhere + their posters and corpses of people who for example stole food/water. Also there are less zombies, because they are exterminating them.
Picture 3: About the survivors, I don't know what to say. Posters everywhere and more buildings for parkour? Maybe more roof trusses. Like at E3 2019.
4 photo: The city is destroyed (Everything is burning and everywhere smoke) a lot of corpses, many bases safe also destroyed. Zombies are very much on the streets, as well as in buildings. Also much more often you can meet all sorts of Demolishers and other special infected.
