Is there a way to increase the rate in which the dynamic parkour music plays? Going ham doing a bunch of different moves, wall riding into tic tacs, vaulting, takes about 3 minutes just going around to get it to kick in then lasts about 30 seconds before I miss a grip and faceplant a wall

not permanently, no... HOWEVER if you complete the story, and start a New Game+ you will have it(but it will be disabled on some missions and in some areas)
so, Im afraid the only way you'll get it permanently is to get it from Lawan

you can always NG+ to redo the story, actually recommend doing the story a couple times... at least once with PKs and once with survivors... the story changes a few times, based on your decisions(Also recomend leaving a renegade camp alive on the last NG+... those things are a great way to quickly knock out bounties from the outpost)

there's some unique collectable weapons you can only get from siding with the PKs... such as Bad Gal... and some side quests are specific to which side controls the region, too...

Depends on. just activate them, do them and play as usual. and you get a high level over time. if you want something, you have to grind. Everything can not be served on a silver platter.

Does the latest version of the game CTD for many people? It's the only game that does this on my system, and I don't remember it doing this with previous versions. It's nothing reproducable, either. It happens randomly, sometimes after twenty minutes, sometimes after two hours, always in random locations during random events.
