Also, how do I kill 33 infected during a level 4 chase without moving more than 100 metres? I can get to level 4 chase and stand my ground without issues, but the infected stop spawning before I get to 33. I've got to around 20 multiple times. Then I either need to move or wait for them to spawn, but the letter ends the chase while the former fails the challenge instantly.

It's probably an unintended side effect of volatiles dropping large ones and virals dropping (mostly) small ones. All upgrades want to use a multidude of medium ones, while you don't really need that many large or small ones. Infected who drop medium ones are rarer to find than those who drop large ones.

It depends, in terms of polish I think it was launch-acceptable polished already at the Good Night Good Luck update, however the game won’t ever be truly what it should’ve been on launch to me because it should’ve been what they advertised in 2019, at least in terms of atmosphere

No, it's still technically in the game. There's a 2 stat version you get by completing a NG+ run, but there's no legitimate way of getting ones with more than 2 stats

It was only removed from Pilgrim Outpost since you could easily get it from NG+

Side note: I think they should be scrappable as my Inventory is clogged with them

What really sucks is we can't access individual saves like we could on ps4, so if you want to delete saves, it deletes all.
If a game doesn't allow you delete saves in game like you can with Fallout 4.
Some of my ps5 saves are gigs in size...
