Definitely not. I mean, people have probably said it already, but you either need a better cooler, or check your thermal paste & replace it.

70-80 degrees tops is your goal. Even that is pretty high, but if you get an AIO it'll be no issue. Hell, I was able to keep a 13th i9 around 73 degrees max with a proper AIO.

I can't play DL2 anymore. I started again on new game plus on easy but there's too many virals. It's not hard just super annoying and bothersome. Viral after viral all the time. It's like playing Dead Island Riptide which was one of the worst games ever made. Kind of a screw you to players who like story and environment. Since some of the issues with areas being too dark or too bright are fixed by tonemapping, which they added back into the game in Reloaded Edition, but then also made the shadows very brighter.
