lowest rarity guns are the old world guns but very rusty and damaged, the reload animations would also be very slow and clunky to add to the feeling that this gun is barely holding together
higher rarity is scrappy guns with paint jobs and designs that really give the feeling that this gun was made by one person and not a company, and kinda followed that thing dl2 did with its base list of weapons (some stuff looks like it was cobbled together in a rush, while others look like they were worked on for a while with higher quality materials)

I wanted to get the hydra knife cause I found a knife super early and found there's only 4, but I don't want to redeem it at like 80 damage while I'm still quickly levelling.

Also was curious if community maps give XP and gear etc or if they give nothing for the base game

Depends on the item, if it has the 2 up arrows it scales with level, I’d imagine the blueprints of the same item would also scale with level

While I do kinda dislike some part of Oni for overhyping guns before, he is right about the whole bundle thing. Techland had already promised that dlp isn't gonna be much more than just currency used for buying bundles and skins. Yet flash forward a few months later they've pulled this kind of trick. It's a scummy marketing tactic that should be nip in the bud before techland started trying more even scummier tactics. You give them an inch they will take a whole mile

I did thought of smth like wanting the legend level skill tree to be overhauled so that instead of just extra stats you grind for, it's an actual skill tree similar to that of arcane odyssey or Skyrim. Where you can actually build your characters into different classes and sub classes.
