tbh this is one of the easier endings. Save Hakon both times, give VNC to Frank and then save him. I'm not sure about the flooding the city and about control of Old Villedor, but I agreed with William and give Water Tower to survivors. And at the end of the game, let Loan detonate the bombs - done!

I tried dl1 on nightmare and night with volatiles is really feel like nightmare. But I was more annoyed of fucking virals, that are unbalance at all, and less annoyed of volatiles. They just have a 100% aim and magnet when attacks Kyle. But you can easily avoid them with flayers, uv-flashlight and traps, especially with grappling hook

I’ve done a little bit of testing on my own and looked around and I believe weapon talent boost damage is calculated as the base, un-upgraded damage of the weapon. So 20% damage to infected is 20% of 582 base damage not the 2000+ damage post-upgrades

Yeah I have 50% stamina reduction from brawler gear and 25% from legend levels but it’s nice to remove the problem entirely if I’m surrounded by volatiles and I gotta turn Aiden into a human blender of swings

The only thing that the area control does is that it determines who will run the city after you leave - survivors, PKs or Juan.

Hmm maybe Chapel of Resurrection (Baba's place). I remember that virals used to spawn/crawl under the chapel and in chapel while I harassed the howler at the front gate. Of course Virals died soon they spawned ( used that to farm the trophies)

well just tested on l5 chase, Baba's curse at the Chapel kills the Tyrants that jump over the wall but it takes a bit longer. Also while they are over the wall at Baba's place, harassing them with "Pan of destiny" works but they tend to fight back from time to time so bit more flare in them then in Volatoles🤪
