Have you seen Arcane? That is purely animated by hand, a keyframe animation. The result of mocap can be achieved with a keyframe animation, it is simply a lot harder than with the help of a mocap suit.

Then verify the game files. If that doesn't work, reinstall the game. The latest patch that was 1.6gb messed something up for me and just kept downloading over and over again, taking up more than 100gb of space, so I had to reinstall the game and everything is fine now.

It literally started downloading the patch onto the wrong drive as well. Either steam messed up, or the devs did. But this didn't happen for my friend. My suggestion: Reinstall the game.

When you uninstalled the game, did you remove the game folder from the installation directory? If you had some mods before, then the redundant files from the mods were left there after the game's uninstallation, since steam only deleted files related to the game and leaves everything else in the folder. Hi, I'm using a 34'' LG curved monitor - basically I'm having performance issues because of the specs of my PC so until I upgrade I was wondering if there's a fix for the black bars when I lower the resolution?

To my knowledge, there isn't. If you use a resolution that is not made for ultrawide monitors, you will have black bars. The only thing you can do is stretch the image, basically as if you were playing counter strike on a 4:3 aspect ratio, if you ever played it like that.
