All armors can accomplish different things and some have less favorable modifiers than others. if youre trying to build up a certain stat
you can probably figure out which ones you wanna use based off that alone. Just use stuff you think would be useful to you in most parts of your gameplay

I like Old Villedor because of its cramped streets and lower to the ground buildings.
During chases it doesn't make you feel unreachable in a lot of spots.
It's not jarring to understand how to traverse it.
Sucks that the most interesting places in Old Villedor are just used in some quests ( GRE hospital or explorable sewer/train tunnels)

Atleast with dying light 1 streets actually elevates, they aren't always flat, and when they are, the layout actually makes different locations stick out, and how detailed they are, theres also locations that stick out like the beach, bridge, etc, all the locations actually feel like someone was there, and the maps looked realistic while being really good for parkour with its tight spaces, dl2's map is way too open and has practically any variety
