A ton of the higher billboards are positioned right above broken windows where you can go inside, so did they actually configure the city with that feature for the knife slide and later scrapped the knife slide, but brought it back later or is that just random?

I think it would be okay if alongside the stuns getting shortened, they would give AI a 5 second timer that makes them avoid attacking the player after a stun like the viral leap.
