what needs to be reworked about it? its a basic thing, they get status affected and just bleed

I mean it feels kinda redundant for it to exist when poison will do the same ammount of damage and a little bit faster aswell as the status negativly affecting the enemy, i just feel like bleed is missing some punch so to say (maybe its obtained super early in the story and thats why it feels underpowered compared to the rest)

if thats the case then everything other than Frost, Spark and Fling need to be reworked because they're all garbage in comparison as well

the game is also an RPG in ways so things get outscaled, bleed is one of them

But one application of poison on a human makes them basically stunned for 20 seconds.

I think bleed is fine as it is. Not everything has to do the same damage

My problem is that its identical to poison except it lasts 5 seconds longer doesn't do any more damage and doesn't stun enemies or make them more susceptible to damage. Which means that its just identical to poison in damage takes longer to get its effect to matter and its still so little that it just dosent matter in the long run because 1 hit from almost any weapon is more damage than the debuff can do in the whole duration.

meaning early, mid, and late game.
if bleed is drastically weaker than other mods that are more often used in mid and late game

This point would make sense if every single blueprint wasn't upgradeable. But they are. ALL blueprint types are early / mid / late game because of the scaling with upgrading them. Bleed starts off the worst, is still the worst mid game, and is still the worst late game

sometimes when youre running around theres a minimum distance for rendering characters which is individual of the icon on map but theyre really close. if you walk too far away from an encounter it despawns.
so it looks like the enemies and friendly survivor despawned on his way to them
