2. DevTools - it is currently impossible, and if it will be in future - not sure, it is more complexed
3. Modding support - it's goals is to ensure access to mods directly, for consoles a well. What will be allowed, and what not, is entirely different matter and i have no details on it.

• Survivor missions is something thats already getting added mostly each update.

• Revamped lighting is already done, although a Dyanmic Time cycle would be great to have instead of the transition one we have.

• Faction overhaul is a big thing. that I'd love to see added the faction system in retail is under lacking and less clustered compared to what is hinted. What I'd love to see is more.
  More dynamic Ambient events, hangings, survivors being hunted. Survivors parkouring on the rooftops, etc, etc. Including more changes. Like for example if you get a District to the survivors. On the rooftops their is more buildings instead of the already set ones. Having wheat being grown on rooftops. Introduce people outside of the set safe zones on the roof doing work, growing plants etc. Meanwhile on the streets you see more survivors getting killed. And just more death and infected on the streets. You get the gist.

• Interiors and safe zones are a great start, but revamping some of the exteriors of buildings would be great. Including transitioning some of the empty hulls of buildings into darkzones, for example their is no Police station in Old Villedor, why not turn a empty building into a Police station darkzone and you can loot ammo, and materials?

• Something Akin to the survivor skill tree.

• Level cap should only be saved for the next DLC.

IDk hundreds of other people have the issue with the VNC tower.
if you play on co op it'll count it as cleared for your character but when you load back in , it'll show it's cleared but not activated
it's not a big issue for most.
