Don't buy chests, you can get weapons in game. The pilgrim chest weapons are no better than legendary weapons, and exotics are better than legendary... All can be found for free,or bought from bounty agents.

Do you always see all side quests that are available to you? Or do you have to move in a certain radius before they become visible ?
