Use Daemon's RP5L unpacker, it's on tools and guides on the modding server.

You have to create a folder on desktop (or anywhere easy for you), unpack the rar file on there.

After that go to Dying Light 2/work/dataplatform/pc/assets and find common meshes rpack, copy it and paste it in the folder with Daemon's exe.

To get the models you want, drag and drop the exe on the rpack file. A folder will be slowly created containing all the models in ascii format.

To open ascii format files you can use XNAlara plug in for blender, and import it. Later you can convert to fbx or whatever
