Basically it's a board quest that gives you a paraglider skin and it's my last one, you have to recive a drop from a carriers guild locker, fix the antenna (need to complete broadcast quest) then you need to grab a cable get to another roof and plug it in and on PC you can just use a paraglider but on console the disconnect cable and paraglider button are the same button
