I do, but I’ve never ever heard of anything that small or primitive be created at all. It’s much easier to produce a machine that spins two circles that squeeze and push an object outward. Like one of those things you used as a kid to accelerate toy cars, only bigger and more powerful. That can be powered by a motor, and that doesn’t require a shitton of electricity. It also makes sense for the circular saw blades to be that shape to fit for the layout. Cus railguns excel best when they’re fired using APFSDS or long darts, not circular saw blades.
