idk, my guess is that the game somehow connects you to the voicechat session and u can hear someone. The worst is that we dont know if these people have voice chat enabled or not, if they have it disabled but we still can hear them then its a big issue

my tip is to reserve at least 3 slots for your weapon and pickup renegade's dropped weapons so you can turn them to scraps, they give like 20 or so per weap but the number isnt guaranteed
