you need to have landing jump at the bare minimum, jump and push crouch so your character lands with his hands or whatever the animation is, then jump once or twice to do the landing jump, and from what ptak said, a good way to get the timing is down is right as you hear aiden start grunting push your attack button, if done correctly you'll get a boost

but the timing is like near the split second he starts groaning, but you'll get the timing down after enough practice
