You will have technically completed all main-story content (other than the Bloody Ties DLC if you own that but that's more-so side-content), but you can make a New Game+ which resets your story progress alongside faction alignment

You'll still beable to play the game after completing the prologue and it'll be more of a freeroam experience rather than a narratively guided experience

You've completed the main story, but not all of the content the game has to offer. You can still do everything else as you normally would when you were progressing through the main story
