In November I became soft-locked in the prologue on a ng+. I've asked for support for the devs a couple times but they haven been much help. My last rollback is 50 hours ago so I would lose close to 100 legend levels, item upgrades, etc (nearly the whole 50 hours was grinding before my ng+).
