Yeah, support isn't/can't gonna be able to do anything about that. They will just say your save game is corrupted.

Not for me, i just send them whatever is needed then they tell me if its get pushed to the devs
They're pretty quick from my experience

The last two cases I had they said corrupted save game, but I was able to find a fix/work-around for both issues.

Alan's theory sounds correct as in the trailer you can see this area being used while even bolters show up and from the context of the area, it does seem to show a generator you have to power
