I wanna die I'm challenging myself and I made everything as difficult as I can from turning difficulty to hard to disabling my Hud I even turned on darker nights and turned off qte hold mode 😦

for anyone trying to get "a friend in need"... it seems like random encounters are triggered by time, not by "activating" the area by traveling there. so, you can just sit in one spot (given there's a rescue encounter spawn node within ~80m) and wait for the blue dot to spawn. i did this at a nightrunner hideout in Houndfield, and i got the random encounters A LOT quicker than just running around. if a different blue encounter spawns (hunting ground, loot renegades, etc.), just move 100m away from the encounter so it disappears on your radar. then, go back to where you were waiting and another will pop up within 1-2mins.

Weapon bounce is so poorly done in DL2. It seems like RNG instead of only happening when you're not dealing a lethal blow. In DL1 it bounced only when you weren't dealing a lethal blow, so when you actually dealt a lethal blow, it sliced all the way through and was satisfying. In DL2 you can kill a biter and it will still bounce like bruh
