So, if someone in the game is given a dlc weapon while not owning the dlc that is classed as pirated? Maybe they shouldn’t allow people to give people dlc items

Where does it say it’s not allowed to give other players dlc weapons? In the first game they had measures to prevent it but they don’t prevent it in this game so therefore I don’t see how it’s wrong
