u choose bounties, complete them and u rank up ur account, which gives u tokens. Tokens can be exchanged for outfits and weapons (both in 2 and 1). Once you bought/claimed an outfit/weapon u can claim them ingame from your player stash (the bag near a bed in any big safehouse/activated windmill)

new weapons/outfits are added when new events/updates come along
