Ranged weapons are fun but they're just not as good as melee weapons (taking into account that you'd have to get ranged gears if you use ranged weapons seriously)

what I want is something more like a back step which pushes enemies, maybe if you dash backwards with a ranged weapon while an enemy is near you, you do a back flip using the enemy which throws them on the ground and you can shoot them mid air, idk something like that
