So, I think there's 2 ways. If you're still in Old Villedor doing that Questline, there's a Carrier in the Metro Station. Talk to him. Then there's another Carrier on the Missy (PK Floating Fortress) then you can go talk to Driscoll over by the Downtown Metro to do the quest. Finish the first Quest, the Carrier Outfit is yours. Finish all 10, the Guildmaster Outfit is yours

I believe there are 7-8, yes. I remember having a bunch of bugs where clearing a metro station in a faction-owned territory would result in putting a point towards that respective faction

Don't take my word for it, as I don't know if this is the truth or not, but I'm pretty sure the reason behind why that doesn't happen is because they have a protective shell, almost like a sort of armor compared to DL1 Volatiles

pk's crossbow is a bit worse than hakkon's because you cant fire it rapidly. Its like a pump shotgun, it has a pause in it before you can shoot again. Hakkon's xbow can rapid fire.

PK Bow doesn't really have any relevance anymore though considering multiple other alternatives which are either paid-for or free exist in the game now

You can just do the regular mission and not only earn bolts from finishing it, then buy the pack of bolts with the tokens from the mission.
The mission is easily completed in less than 15 minutes.

when you go to the website first link your account, then there is a section called bounties, those missions are ingame, you complete them and they give you xp, when you level up the website account, you get tokens and then you can go to the armory to buy different equipment
