A good way to add guns in this game would be through a mission, and after finishing that mission you get to finally be able to find and use a regular scrap or rusty pistol that isn't very good, but with you finding and getting a gun, there will be specific enemies that get guns, and that's how you get better guns, and enemies get better guns depending on how good your guns are, just so it doesn't punish people like me who don't want to use guns
