Doubt we'd get it as Techland would basically be doing all that work for free, plus there'd be a portion of the community who'd get made at the story being redone. Best way to overhaul a story post-launch is to alter small things which all add up to add more depth to the current story

PK: trying to take back the city, give new one off quests to clear out dark zones and set up UV lights making areas of the city actually safe. But comes at a cost of brutal laws, and civilians not being allowed to have weapons.
the butcher, opens up after chapter 2, Heavily militarized, was betrayed by waltz and knows the true villian of the piece is actually people in both other factions. Plays the villian but isn't one, as doing so is for the better ment of t he city overall.

Yeah, Gameplay wise, it's awesome. But again, small changes that alter the context of the current story or add nuance is probably the best way forward, be it new mo-cap scenes, changes in the environment or slightly altered lines

Unlikely. There's a difference between adding Polearms to the game for free and altering the entire story also for free. One only involves concept artists, modellers, texture people, programmers, while the other involves script writers, mo-cap people, programmers, tons of voice actors, so overall it's more expensive to produce

I said make him spawn Banshees without being in a chase. It doesn't work when you are in a chase and go to him to spawn them when he screams. Because there are enough entities that Banshes don't spawn from them.
