I hope that Techland does the same thing as cdprojekt, that is, abandoning the old gen and making Dying Light 2 the "real" game announced years ago or rather not the one from years ago because not everything will return but I think they can't put many things because of the old gen.

Yeah, it's not the end of the world if QTEs exist or not in the game. It's merely personal preference. The main use of QTEs that I do believe are kinda necessary, if anything, are the Biter Grab or Volatile Pounce QTEs as those actually have an effect on gameplay (Health)

Does anyone have a fix for not being able to move after skipping prologue? literally no movement works but can look around still, if I run the prologue i get up to the first zipline and can't actually use it, I just hang in place. An older save seems fine but scared to go new game+ and also get stuck in the same place and ruining my game. Already tried restarting, reinstalling on a new drive and verifying my files and nothing has worked at all, at a complete loss and unable to play the game at all.

It actually runs surprisingly well. In fact probably almost as well as DL1. Only problem is that it crashes after a few hours. That or when I go to a different area like Old Villedor or the Saint Pual Island

There are some set spawns like in the top of unsecured water towers

But aside from that you just gotta be really lucky when looting I guess
