Online search method (don’t know if I did it right), doing the quest of Jack and Joe. all points of interest in this district resolved, new save created and played until co-op mode activated… may have forgotten something can't think of anything else I've done

Roll back doesn’t start you over again, it takes you back to a certain story point, if you go in the main menu and press Play Campaign, then press right stick on your save file and try rolling it back to where it takes you, or you can try sleeping, I’m in your game rn trying to get you to sleep
