The funny thing I thought for a btz for dl2 would be like a chase mode or something near bad blood wear like a bunch of players spawn in a section of the map during the day and loot weapons and other things to survive then someone is chosen as the infected and Starts out as a viral and must run attack and parcore after them and get kills once killed u also turn into a viral and doing certain actions or kills gives u point to upgrade to turn into a diffrent special infected with its own skill tree and eventually just become a few survivers left fighting and running and surviving against real players just as skilled as them as infected and must just survive till night is over
