You use the grapple to swing back towards the car plant using street lights over the chemical crud, you end up under the freeway you first used to get there from old villidor, there is a lift and the freeway now has a bridge... You can't paraglide there, the wind stops you.

im working on that one rn i just parachute around and take every blue encounter i see, central loop is where i do most farming that has to do w spawns cuz ground just spawns shyt load of various things for me and its a bigger area

This might just be me but I'm really hoping for a big npc update. The idea shown in the e3 footage sounded awesome. They'd fight each other, go about their day, and just exist. Which yeah they do that now but it's on a much much much smaller scale. Plus the enemy human ai tends to ruin the fun of observing them. Like they'll see you on rooftops when fighting something despite not looking up or knowing that you're there

They’re usually on the ground

They can be in dark zones
