being max level in dl1 doesnt mean a thing for a volatile since they can still kill you pretty fast

but in dl2 basicly they need to surround you

also, in dl1 you could just use the grappling hook to escape the chase

I'm invisible I dl2 because when u have over 45 gear level and use renegade mask and use a max level toughness booster u become invincible not even volitiles damage u

but if you don`t still, they take quite a time to kill you without any boosters

while in dl1 its basicly around 3 or more hits to get you killed

I played DL1 since it released and I guess you’re right, mechanics in DL1 just feel great to me and in DL2 they feel so wonky to me, I tried playing DL2 when that released too and omg were the mechanics weird and I heard a lot they updated to try to fix I guess the feeling of the mechanics in DL2 but now I feel like a straight boulder where was I feel “normal” in DL1. I’m really trying to like DL2 and want to play it but omg, I just can’t with the way it feels 😅
